In order to implement its vision of EMCC, we, EMCC Belgium, will develop our strategy around 3 pillars.
EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) is an international non-profit organisation whose mission is to promote and develop the practices of mentoring, supervision and professional coaching. The EMCC aims to establish high ethical and professional standards in these areas, as well as to provide support and recognition to practitioners of coaching, mentoring and supervision.
En 2020, l’Ecole des Professionnels de la Relation d’être EPR entame sa première année complète en tant qu’école belge de coaching, accréditée par l’EMCC. Félicitations !

These are exciting times. I am very honoured and proud to inform the world that I have been voted in as President of the board for EMCC Belgium.
I would like to express my gratitude to previous presidents and board members for making this journey so incredibly worthwhile. Their wisdom and support has been instrumental in being where we are, and I am, today.
I now have a mainly new and very dedicated team on board and am sure our collective knowledge and experience will be invaluable to the work that we do. I look forward to collaborating with each of you in the years to come.
Our main goals for the rest of 2024 and beyond are:
- Developing and promoting excellence in coaching and mentoring
- Supporting all of our members in excelling in what they do and how they do it.
- Welcoming new members and friends
- Promoting accreditation and supporting our members with the accreditation process.
- Representing the profession of coaching and mentoring
- Ensuring greater diversity and inclusion in all of our projects
- To create strategic partnerships with companies and individuals
Our mission is to strive for quality in everything we do, build communities whenever we can, and make sure we have a positive impact on society. I am committed to open communication, transparency, and acting in the best interests of our members and the communities we serve.
