Florina is an EMCC accredited holistic life coach She started her path of self-development and spirituality over ten years ago and since then she trained as a mental health informed coach and tantra facilitator. She works with people looking to regain work life balance and find clarity in life. She focuses on burnout, boundaries and transformation.

Before becoming a coach, she used to be a New York Qualified lawyer and worked for top law firms and the European Union.

Her vision is to bring together elements of the mind, body and soul, to find harmony and alchemise energy into powerful transformation and growth.
