I am a registered psychologist in Belgium (Belgian Commission of Psychologists) with an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. I am also an EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
My work spans two main domains:
1. Psychological Practice – I help individuals enhance well-being, resilience, and personal growth through evidence-based positive psychology and coaching psychology. My expertise includes addiction management (tobacco cessation) and sustainable weight management.
2. Work & Organisational Psychology – I support organisations in leadership development, team performance, and workplace well-being. Through my institute’s international network, we deliver multi-language programmes across Europe.
My mission is to combine strong scientific expertise with a practical, human-centred approach, empowering both individuals and organisations to thrive.
