Alongside this, Daniela demonstrates a deep and dynamic engagement with intercultural sensitivity and equality-related themes, which she integrates into all aspects of her professional practice. As an EMCC-accredited ESIA Supervisor, she views supervision as a vital pillar within the Four Directions framework of human systems, supporting individuals and teams in achieving greater clarity, coherence, and transformation. Daniela is a strong advocate for reflective practice, seeing it not merely as a developmental tool, but as a profound method for cultivating ethical presence and systemic awareness.

Drawing from both systemic methodologies and shamanic traditions, Daniela supports her clients in uncovering hidden patterns, accessing inner resources, and connecting with broader fields of meaning. She brings a grounded, intuitive approach to her supervision work, often incorporating ancestral wisdom and nature-based metaphors. Daniela is currently authoring a book on Systemic Mycelium Supervision, a pioneering approach that explores supervision as an interconnected, living field—nurtured through relationship, intuition, and ecological consciousness.
