The present and future ecology of internal coaching

Thursday 8th October 2020

To be certain we can provide an international platform for internal coaching in 2020, our 3rd conference due to take place in Brussels this year will now be a one-day virtual event bringing together most of the main ingredients of the original agenda.

New research, new science and new technologies are escalating change in our working environment. The pace of change, accelerated by the extraordinary impact of Covid-19, is fuelling the need to act faster, more efficiently and more cost effectively. And at the same time, we are challenged to model a sustainable way of living and working. We know coaching can play a significant role in enabling this transformation.

Helping our colleagues and ourselves cope with all this change is a vital ingredient of the coaching we practice in our organisations.

  • What are we experiencing? How are we coping with change and changing expectations?
  • How are we rising to the challenge? What is our role? How do we work as internal coaches?
  • What is expected of us? What dilemmas and ethical challenges do we face?
  • What do we need to prepare for in the future? What is ahead? How do we look after our own well being and that of those we coach?

This one-day conference on Tursday 8th October will share our stories, our successes, our challenges and our aspirations. We will learn together through master classes, workshops and conversations which will energise our coaching practice when we return to our organisations.
