In today’s world, teams are the heart of any organisation and exist to produce results.
Most successful teams take action and use effective relationships to motivate and sustain change. Whether the team leader or team participant, working effectively in teams or groups requires conscious creation and nurturing of the working relationships involved.
More than team building, team coaching is a transformational approach that focuses on the development of the team as a system in its own right, with its own voice, expectations, and values.
Using this approach, team members consciously enquire about how they want to be together and what conditions for success are. Doing so, the team is gradually brought to life as an entity of its own, having in turn an impact on individuals, playing a significant role in how people work together and what they produce.
In this EMCC session, we will introduce the ORSC (Organisation Relationship & Systems Coaching) Team Coaching approach and you will discover how it creates positive engagement and builds productivity, by experiencing a few tools.
