 sychology is at the forefront of many coaching techniques.The purpose of t
 his workshop is to introduce you to one of those models\, the PERMA model.
 \nPERMA is the acronym for the five – according to Martin Seligman – impor
 tant building blocks of well-being\, happiness and being able to flourish:
  Positive emotion\, Engagement\, Relations\, Meaning and Achievement.\nIt 
 is mainly used as a coaching tool to take a more positive look at life and
  how we are affected by our outlook on life. \nMartin Seligman says If we 
 take a more positive outlook on life\, things look better and hope flouris
 hes.\nYou will leave this workshop with a better understanding of:\n\nWhat
  positive emotions mean or look like\nWhat engagement means or looks like
 \nHow you see ‘balanced relationships’\nWhen you know you have ‘meaning’ i
 n your life?\nWhat makes you feel ‘accomplished’?\n\nAndy Whittle will tak
 e you through this 5-step coaching tool and hopefully\, we will all experi
 ence more happiness and well-being than people who have not yet managed al
 l of these PERMA elements yet.\nThis is a very experiential and participat
 ory workshop\, therre will be breakout rooms and you will need to have you

 ted Life and Executive Coach and Trainer. He has a wide experience of desi
 gning and delivering workshops and running events. He is an EMCC Board mem

  the main European Institutions and many large and small companies across 
 Europe. He is the co-owner and creator of the Imagination Club and Coopera
