Before the General Assembly begins, we will have the privilege of welcoming Lucy Van Hove, psychologist, PhD in Management Sciences, and professor of leadership and HR at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Curious to scientifically study coaching, which she has practiced for over 15 years, Lucy completed a doctoral thesis aimed at evaluating the impact of professional coaching and identifying its key success factors.

Special Presentation: "Where is the research on coaching and how can we build bridges between the science and practice of coaching?"

While coaching is experiencing exponential growth in organizations, scientific research on the subject is still under-disseminated within the practitioner community. This presentation aims to bridge this gap between science and practice by exploring key questions such as:

• Can the impact of coaching be scientifically evaluated and validated?
• What are the key factors for successful coaching?
• What truly drives change, human development, and goal achievement?
• What are the implications of the latest research for the practices of coaches and trainers?

This discussion, informed by rigorous research and the results of a doctoral thesis on coaching, will offer practical and scientific answers to current coaching challenges.
