 ment opportunities\, and a platform to promote best practices.\nIt also gi
 ves access to our events\, global events and news\, accreditation support 
 and visibility with a profile on our website and on Global (have you updat
 ed your profile recently? \nMost importantly it gives you the opportunity 
 to contribute to the profession.\nIt is for this reason we are announcing 
 some breaking news\; we are restructuring — and You are invited to be part
  of it!\nBriefly\, we are now organising ourselves around Circles — small\
 , purpose-driven teams that each focus on one key area of our organisation
  (like Accreditation\, Supervision\, Communication\, Events…).\nThis new s
 tructure is grounded in collective intelligence — which means you\, our me
 mbers\, are now truly at the center of how we grow\, collaborate\, and lea
 d together.Every Circle will be co-led by one OA member and one volunteer 
 member\, and open to any EMCC Belgium member who wants to contributeThis i
