Andy Whittle ()

President

Accredited coach, trainer, facilitatorn, educator, and mentor, Andy lives and breathes working with people and communities.
Based in Belgium, he works with all types of organisations and people all over Europe and beyond.
He is also a Tutor for two coaching schools (Kingstown in Dublin, and Barefoot based in the UK)

Cheryl Cooper ()

Vice President

Cheryl is an English Belgophile who has been coaching leaders and their teams for three decades. As an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach, Team Coach, Coach Supervisor and Assessor, she provides support and challenge to people interested in improving their well-being, performance and results. She offers supervision to coaches, both individually and in groups.

Cheryl coordinates our "International" group, a community of English-speaking members in Belgium who offer their coaching on an international basis. She is our point of contact for all matters relating to Accreditation, Supervision, and for the forthcoming EMCC Global Community Space. She is writing a book about Internal Coaching culture and supervision.

Charles Christoph ()

With a three-decade career as a computer engineer and passionate entrepreneur, Charles has dedicated his expertise to simplifying administrative tasks, thereby allowing for precious time savings within companies.

As the founder of 7 Stars Solutions, his journey combines technical excellence and a deep exploration of personal development. Trained in coaching, certified in enneagram, and actively involved in the Mankind Project, he is committed to bringing a human and aligned dimension to his projects.

His journey is a testament to a unique balance between technical innovation and personal growth, reflecting his constant quest for harmony in all aspects of life.

Today, his aspiration is to share these insights by offering individual and team coaching, as well as conferences that highlight the benefits of a personal development approach, while cautioning against the pitfalls to avoid.

Stephanie Luong ()

Stéphanie coaches leaders, their managers and their teams. She is also a facilitator and trainer. Certified in Executive Coaching from INSEAD, she helps her clients intentionally broaden their vision to obtain more choices, make better decisions and generate positive impact in the face of change and complexity.

Her approach to coaching is inspired by 20 years of experience in sustainable international trade, where she held different positions, notably within management. Passionate about the social responsibility of companies and organizations, she is convinced that leadership is a question of human behavior, that one can change one's entire life and that coaching is a privileged space to develop one's leadership and to create the conditions individual and collective success.

Stéphanie is a member of the administrative body of EMCC Belgium where she works for greater recognition of the coaching profession and for the success of EMCC in Belgium among its members.

Catherine Fabri ()

Professional coach and certified coaching supervisor, sophrologist and author, Catherine has been supporting business managers and their teams since 2010 in developing their skills in interpersonal communication, team cohesion, self-knowledge and leadership development.

Having herself held managerial positions in companies undergoing transformation for nearly 20 years, her personal and professional journey has confirmed her conviction that the performance of organizations depends on the men and women who compose them, through their ability to interact with each other. , to communicate, to adapt, to co-create. For several years, she has intervened occasionally in higher education establishments. She is also very involved in networks of leaders and managers.

Former regional delegate for EMCC France (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) before joining EMCC Belgium, she is keen to raise awareness and contribute to the professionalization of professional support professions, convinced of their added value for companies and their stakeholders. In 2021, she published “The art of questioning in businesses” with Mardaga editions.

Participatory function of our members:

At the European level, one of the EMCC key objectives is to develop standards, ethics and a code of ethics designed to ensure high quality into the world of coaching and mentoring.

Working groups were created at the European level, in connection with people whose expertise enables these different groups to move forward.

Locally, our association works on a participatory mode: each effective member is expected a minimum number of hours of their time per year.

This time is devoted to the functioning of the structure at different levels. Whether you want to be a player in the evolution of the coaching profession, a motor in relation to issues that particularly interest you, or simply occasionally give your help, we will be delighted to hear how you would like to help.
